Hi, I'm Richie Phillips — an Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician turned aspiring Data Analyst with a passion for turning healthcare data into actionable insights.

My career began in medical billing and collections, where I eventually found my true calling in pharmacy. From compounding IV medications in hospitals to managing COVID-19 vaccine reporting in retail, I’ve built a strong foundation in both clinical operations and administrative logistics.

Now, I’m channeling that experience into the world of data. I'm currently pursuing a B.S. in Data Analytics at Southern New Hampshire University, where I maintain a 4.0 GPA. I plan to continue my education in the master’s program at SNHU. I currently work at Centene in the Appeals and Direct Member Reimbursement department and aim to transition into a data-focused role where I can help drive smarter pharmacy decisions through analytics.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy crocheting, gardening with my partner Matt, and spending time with our two dogs — Casper and Sammy.
